Here is the recipe for Hazelnut, apple and chocolate porridge.
INGREDINTS
- 50g gluten-free oats
- 300ml hazelnut milk
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 drop of vanilla extract
- 1 apple, grated
- 1 square of dark chocolate, broken up
- 1 handful of roasted hazelnuts, chopped
METHODS
- Put 50g of oats in a small saucepan, then pour in 300ml of hazelnut milk.
- Simmer for four to five minutes (or 10 minutes if using regular porridge oats), stirring constantly.
- Add the cinnamon, vanilla and the grated apple and stir.
- Sprinkle the chocolate and chopped hazelnuts over the top and serve immediately.
