Fans of adult entertainment could soon be in for a shock.
New laws being proposed will see newly purchased computers installed with a porn block that will stop anyone accessing X-rated websites.
Tech companies will be forced to add this feature and removing the “digital blocking capabilities” will then cost the owners around £20.
The bill is being proposed by South Carolina representative Bill Chumley who wants to make it harder for people to get a fix of filth.
According to the the Charlotte Observer users will have verify they are 18 before the block is removed with all money raised from the law going toward funding a human trafficking prevention task force.
Although this porn ban is only affecting some parts of the US new laws could also be coming to the UK soon.
The new plans would give the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) powers to block all porn sites, based anywhere in the world, which did not verify ages.
Culture Secretary Karen Bradley says the idea behind the bad is to stop children accessing "harmful pornographic content online".
Although UK based sites already have strict guidelines on age, global websites such as PornHub and RedTube don't currently have to follow these rules.
These unregulated sites have become increasingly popular over recent years with PornHub receiving 18.35billion visits per year alone.
However, amendments to the Digital Economy Bill will be made later this month and could force internet service providers to these block free sites if they don't comply.
Speaking about the changes Ms Bradley said "Only adults should be allowed to view such content and we have appointed a regulator, BBFC, to make sure the right age checks are in place to make that happen.
"If sites refuse to comply, they should be blocked."
