Britons Finally Can Travel Uzbekistan Without Visas

Uzbekistan

Any British national can travel Uzbekistan without visas.

Last week the Uzbekistan government announced that as of April 1, 2017, British citizens entering the country as tourists for less than 30 days will no longer need to apply for a visa.

Instead, according to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) travellers will need to pay an “entry clearance fee of US$50 on arrival”. Currently Brits have to have pay £67 for a 30-day tourist visa.

Details of the exact requirements of this visa-free travel are not yet available.
