Google now brings a flight feature that will help you to save additional pounds if you are going to book your flight.
If you haven't heard of Google Flights yet, it's time to read up on the money-saving app.
The arm of Google aimed at helping travellers to find the cheapest flights possible is hitting headlines across the globe this morning.
Not only does it act as a search engine for all flights but it gives tips like recommendations for alternate airports or dates that may save customers money.
And the all-new update is set to revolutionise the way consumers book holidays.
The app will soon show customers when flight prices are expected to increase so they can book before the tickets become more expensive.
Alongside that, details are set to include how much the price is likely to increase - and when - to help travellers make the most from their ever-stretched pounds.
This vital information will drop into your inbox, telling you everything you need to know about booking flights including when the current fare is expected to expire.
Thus letting you know how much you can save booking immediately - or whether to chance it and wait until closer to the time.
Nabil Naghdy, product manager for Google Flights, writes: "After selecting a specific flight, a notification may appear letting you know when the current fare is expected to expire and how much you can save if you book now.
"For example, this flight to San Diego is likely to cost more in eight hours — and you would likely save $87 if you book before then."
He added on The Keyword: "Google Flights and hotel search on Google can help save you time and money so you can spend more time with the people you love. Wishing you safe and happy holiday travels!"
