Here is how to make Nectarine Crumble.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 nectarines
- 45g oats
- 55g ground almonds
- 50g brown or coconut sugar
- 4 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Handful of pecans, chopped
METHODS
- Slice the nectarines in half then slice each half into four-six slices.
- Arrange on the bottom of a 9″ square baking dish.
- To a bowl, add the ground almonds, oats, cinnamon, brown or coconut sugar, salt and melted coconut oil.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the nectarine slices.
- Sprinkle over the chopped pecans.
- Bake at 180C (160C fan assisted)/ 350F for 40-45 minutes, or until the nectarines are soft.
