Nectarine Crumble

Here is how to make Nectarine Crumble.

INGREDIENTS

  1. 4 nectarines

  2. 45g oats

  3. 55g ground almonds

  4. 50g brown or coconut sugar

  5. 4 tbsp coconut oil, melted

  6. 1 tsp cinnamon

  7. 1/4 tsp salt

  8. Handful of pecans, chopped

METHODS

  1. Slice the nectarines in half then slice each half into four-six slices.

  2. Arrange on the bottom of a 9″ square baking dish.

  3. To a bowl, add the ground almonds, oats, cinnamon, brown or coconut sugar, salt and melted coconut oil.

  4. Spread the mixture evenly over the nectarine slices.

  5. Sprinkle over the chopped pecans.

  6. Bake at 180C (160C fan assisted)/ 350F for 40-45 minutes, or until the nectarines are soft.
