Gareth Bale is dreaming to play Champions League final in his home town.
Cardiff-born Galactico Bale has already won Europe's elite competition twice in the three years since signing from Tottenham in a world record move, most recently in May when Real beat neighbours Atletico on penalties in an all-Madrid final.
The Welsh city's Principality Stadium will stage the 2016-17 showpiece on June 3, and Bale aims to complete the hat-trick just a few miles from where he was born.
He said: "This is the reason I came to Madrid - to play in the Champions League, to win the Champions League."To have the Champions League final in my hometown is an even bigger motivation."
Bale is also on a 10-man short-list for UEFA's Best Player in Europe award, after helping surprise packages Wales to the Euro 2016 semi-finals as well as scoring 19 goals and providing 10 assists during an injury-hit season for his club.
The winner will be announced on Thursday in Monaco at the 2016-17 Champions League group-phase draw .
"It was an incredible season — especially topping it off by winning the Champions League and then going on to the Euro and doing an amazing job with Wales," said Bale.
"They were two great moments in my career, in my life."
